Cheryl Wallach

Cheryl Wallach has been practicing workers' compensation law since 1991.  Ms. Wallach is certified by the State Bar of California as a Specialist in Workers' Compensation Law and was recognized in Los Angeles Magazine as a SuperLawyer in 2006, 2008, 2009, and 2010.

Ms. Wallach is a guest speaker for the labor studies program at the Los Angeles Trade Technical College.  She is currently on the Board of Governors of the California Applicants' Attorneys Association and is a past president of the Southern California Applicants' Attorneys Association.  She is the past secretary of the Coalition of Labor Union Women, and is also a member of the Workers' Compensation Section of the California State Bar.

Ms. Wallach graduated from California State University Northridge in 1988 with a degree in Spanish and speaks Spanish fluently.  She attended Pepperdine School of Law and graduated in 1991 as a first place winner in the trial advocacy tournament.

Edith Levy

Edith Levy's practice is devoted solely to the representation of injured workers.  In 2010, she was nominated as a Southern California SuperLawyer in the area of workers' compensation.  Ms. Levy received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of California Los Angeles in 1963 and her J.D. from Whittier Law School in 1977.  She was admitted to the State Bar of California in December 1977.  She is also admitted to the California Supreme Court and the U.S. Supreme Court. 

Ms. Levy is an active member of the California Applicants' Attorneys Association, the Coalition of Labor Union Women (CLUW), the Teamsters, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.  She practiced immigration law from 1977 through 1990 and was president of the Immigration Section of the Los Angeles County Bar and a certified specialist in immigration law.
