Trina Roderick specializes in labor law and employment litigation, including disability discrimination encountered by many of the firm's workers' compensation clients. Ms. Roderick received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1995 from the University of California Riverside with a major in Philosophy, and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2000. She is a member in good standing with the State Bar of California. She is also a member of the California Employment Lawyers' Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the California Public Defendants' Association.
In 2005, the State Bar of California awarded Ms. Roderick the President's Pro Bono Service Award in the Recently Admitted category, in recognition of her dedication and willingness to "go the extra mile" for her clients.
Nick Sandominsky is an associate practicing in the area of workers' compensation law. Mr. Sandominsky is admitted to the State Bar of California and is a member of the California Applicants' Attorneys Association and the Southern California Applicants' Attorneys Association.
Prior to joining Levy, Stern, Ford & Wallach, Mr. Sandominsky practiced in the areas of land use and environmental law, and also worked as a public policy analyst in the private, public, and academic sectors. He graduated from the University of Southern California Law School where he received honors and high grades in topics including property, contracts, and corporate finance. He also received a master's degree from USC's School of Policy, Planning, and Development, where he was awarded the Dean's Certificate of merit and was selected to represent the school as a Commencement Day speaker. He earned his bachelor's degree at Harvard University, where he graduated with departmental honors and received Dean List's Honors.
